About EDFDCon2016.
Organized by EDFD graduate students themselves and under the guidance of the EDFD faculty, it gives graduate students the opportunity to explore issues and topics relevant to philosophy of education, educational psychology, and social and anthropological foundations of education. This conference also provides a venue for the EDFD graduate students to present a paper on their chosen topic and collorate with fellow reseachers, academicians, and other students.
This year's conference will have the following as its plenary speakers: Dr. Gerardo Lanuza (Sociology Department, College of Social Sciences and Philosophy, UP Diliman), Prof. Maria Vanessa Lusung-Oyzon and Prof. Lizamarie Olegario (both from Educational Psychology, College of Education, UP Diliman), and Dr. Michael Arthus Muega (Philosophy of Education, College of Education, UP Diliman).
